SDP applies for, processes and bears the cost (unless Contract specifically excluded it) of all necessary permits for the COGEN site. These typically include:

1. City Permit

2. Authority to Construct (ATC)

3. Permit to Interconnect with electrical GRID

4. Permit to Operate (PTO)

SDP will support the Owner to apply for SGIP Rebate and any Gas Company Incentives available.
