At Stowell Distributed Power each cogeneration unit is built under the strict guidelines of an ISO environment. In-Process inspection is performed at each step of the manufacturing process. Each unit undergoes full functional testing after assembly. Key operating parameters are ensured during initial engine break-in and prior to final quality control in our factory in China. Each unit is then tested again in our Carson City Test Center by the industries most experienced technicians. All performance parameters in the full range of power output as well as emission parameters are verified prior to shipment to the customer’s site. Customers are encouraged to attend Final Configuration Testing for their units. Once installed, SDP units are required to go through tough start up and commissioning procedures to make sure that the installation is performing exactly as engineered prior to being handed over for ongoing service.
