Integration with the Customer

SDP believes that a well-informed customer is a happy Customer, and has set up procedures to ensure customer involvement each step of the way:

1. SDP gets mutual agreement from customer on site plan, beautification items needed, and build-out schedule

2. SDP invites customer to witness testing and emissions compliance of their unit(s) and issues emissions certificate

3. SDP has an extensive Customer Care Custody and Control program in place, whereby all important check points in the start-up and commissioning of the units are jointly approved
