Bally’s USA Director of Engineering decided several years ago that COGEN was the perfect answer to reduce Bally’s high hot water bills from the SPAS, pools and showers and let COGEN produce less expensively the electricity loads from continuous use of life cycles and other fitness machines. After investigating and experimenting with several COGEN suppliers, Bally’s chose SDP as its standard COGEN package for all Bally fitness centers. So far, SDP has installed its COGEN in 6 Bally facilities, and will for years to come be installing more COGEN systems in existing clubs and new Bally Clubs.
