Christopher E. Stowell (Chairman)

Christopher Stowell attended The University of Michigan and was elected to the “outstanding seniors” Druids organization. He was an All American Wrestler at Michigan and went on to receive an MA from Johns Hopkins (SAIS) and an MBA from Harvard Business School with honors. Mr. Stowell had a brief tour with the government on a schedule C political appointment before he launched his 34 year-old company trading company. WJS Stowell Company has sold over $2 billion of goods to China and created several successful joint ventures in the energy industry. Mr. Stowell takes 6-7 trips a year to oversee his 5 offices, real estate investments and joint venture assets in China. He resides in Newport Coast, California with his wife Gerry, who is also active in Stowell companies.

Jerry Dauderman

Jerry Dauderman attended both Harvard College and Business School and was in top 3% of his class. He has created several successful businesses in health care industry, which were acquired by larger companies. Currently Mr. Dauderman serves on several corporate boards and is an elder in his church. He has been an active participant and investor in Mr. Stowell’s China ventures, including SDP Corporation and and the Chinese JV which produces COGEN for SDP Corporation. Mr. Dauderman has served on WJS Stowell Company Board for many years. He resides with his family in Newport Beach, California.

Richard L. Cartwright

Dick Cartwright is a Mechanical Engineer graduating from the University of Kansas and also holds an MBA. For the past 20 years he has headed RCL & Associates, an energy and environmental consulting corporation. Previously he held executive and management positions with stone and Webster, Allied Chemical, Metcalf and Eddy, Gulf Oil, Royal Dutch Shell, and continental Power (a co-generation company he founded). In addition he has personally developed technical, product, and strategic solutions for meeting the ever stringent environmental demands for energy production. Dick is an avid proponent of industry with the California Air Quality Boards and performs COGEN testing for AQMD to help establish reasonable emissions policy. Dick resides with his family in La Jolla, California.
